"My name is Jill and I am starting my 3rd month of Boot Camp. I am a wife, a teacher, and a mother of a 9 month old son. I started the boot camp wanting to lose the baby weight and tone up without being away from home 5 days a week and for more than an hour at a time. Camp is perfect! I go 3 days a week and am home within a little over an hour. Over the past 2 months or camp, I have dropped incredibly closer to my goal weight, dropped a size, and have been able to see a huge difference. I love camp because we never do the same routine. I have tried the work-out classes and running on the treadmill and have never seen the results that I am seeing now with camp. "Since coming back to camp in March from my surgery in December, I've really been eating much healthier and I feel better. In March I worked out 5 days a week and I loved it, In April I will be going 6 days a week. Camp is becoming an addiction, because I'm actually seeing results. I've worked out at a gym before and even had a personal trainer but they didn't really teach you anything about the nutrition aspect of your life. Now when I see my family/friends eating things they shouldn't or when they say they are going on a "diet" I try to tell them all about camp and how much it benefits you in the long run. "After several failed attempts at weight loss programs and yo-yo dieting, I knew I had to find a way to really jumpstart a healthier lifestyle. I had seen the advertisement for the Crown Point Boot Camp (IFC) which seemed a little intimidating but figured it was the push I really needed to stick with it. Angela is not only a great coach but a friend who really takes the time to work with each an every one of us. She has an abundance of knowledge about the techniques and nutrition that she continuously shares.

Since I started in November, Angela has really taught me how to eat healthier and why it is still okay to have "cheat" meals each week. I have dropped 9% body fat and have lost 4 inches in my hips and 5 at my waist; bringing me down to a size 8. I love the way I feel and the compliments I receive from family and friends. Working out used to feel like a trip to the dentist, but now I look forward to class and even the intervals on our days off. Angela is always changing it up so you never do the same workout twice.

"Two things happened to really bring home to me how out of shape and lethargic I had let myself become. One, my eight year old nephew asked me if I thought that I'd have enough energy to play lightsabers with him one weekend, and two, my friend picked the slinkiest, most form fitting bridesmaid's dress imaginable for her wedding. I knew that I had to do something to pull myself away from the TV and get moving. Enter Kettlebells. I saw results right away, and by the time my friend's wedding rolled around, I wasn't self-conscious about my bridesmaid's dress at all. Even more importantly, however, I now have so much more energy that I'm back to being lightsaber competition for my nephew. "In March I started at IFC, thinking I would give one more thing a shot. I had read about it in the paper and a friend had tons of wonderful things to say about the program. I had tried it all in the last year or so trying to get back on track, WW, Jenny Craig, bought equipment for home, that was collecting dust, joined a gym, that I never went to. I knew there had to be something that would work for me and get me going in the right direction again. I just had to find it. I had always been good about keeping up with working out and weight till this last 5 years. Life brought on some tough challenges, I stopped caring and let myself slip. That slip added 50 lbs!! Diabetes runs in my family as well and I knew that was not too far down the path I was on. I had to find something to get the weight off and get healthier.

I signed up for 3 months, and am still going. In fact now, I can't imagine not going! Those first few weeks were tough, I was so out of shape, but now I look forward to the days I go to camp, I am always learning new things I can do at home too. I can not say enough good things about this program, Angela and Sherman. The whole program has become a lifestyle change for me. I am conscious about what I eat, I have learned a lot about food, and look at it differently. I love the workouts because they are always different, no getting bored here! I find myself wanting to challenge and push myself. Working out with some great ladies is an added bonus.

I have lost weight and inches. I had hit a number on the scale I hoped to never see, and now have lost 30 pounds. The big plus is how I feel! I can keep up with my kids and husband now. Whoo hoo! I still have a way to go, and bad knees have slowed me down a bit. I am hoping that after a couple of knee surgeries, I will be ready to really rock it! I know my recuperation time will be faster than it would have been a year ago and I can thank Angela and this program for that! Like Angela says "It's a journey", so I am thankful for every day I feel better and each inch and pound I lose.

"Back in March, a 40 something friend and co-worker told me about a "Lite Boot Camp" she was joining. As the month went along, she kept encouraging me to try it. So, in April, this nearly 70 year old with both knees replaced thought she'd give it a try for a month.

"Lite Boot Camp" isn't anything I've ever experienced before. It is more than just diet and exercise. I've learned to eat healthier adn found out I can do a lot more than I ever thought I could.

Each week Angela and Maria encourage us to push ourselves. They are right there to make sure we do our exercises correctly so we don't injure ourselves and they modify the routines to fit our physical needs.

After my knee surgeries, I did physical therapy but it was nothing compared to how these girls have me workout out. Each class is varied so it never becomes boring and you have fun. I'm worn out after some of the routines but the time spent exercising just seems to fly by most of the time.

My month has turned into 4 months and I've not only lost weight and inches but my blood pressure has improved. But more than that, I'm starting to feel good about how I look and feel and found out you're never too old to start a workout program.

I thank my friend for encouraging me and Angela and Maria for showing me that at nearly 70 you CAN DO ALMOST ANYTHING."

What does Inspiration Fitness mean to me:

Well, I joined Inspiration Fitness in Nov 2009!! I had already lost 140lbs from having gastric bypass surgery!! I usually gain weight during the holidays so I was motivated to start exercising!! Coach Angela not only helped me to not gain weight but also helped to reshape my body!! I am stronger and have more energy now than I ever have in my life!! The workouts are very vigorous, kind of like the last chance workouts on the Biggest Loser TV show!! I really felt like this was my last chance at a healthy life!! Coach Angela helped me to believe in myself, which is so important! I feel AWESOME!!!! I actually walk with such a positive swagger now, you'd never know I used to be a couch potato!!

I feel sooo blessed to be part of these workouts!! The ladies are all on their own journey, but we actually feed off each other!! There is such a positive energy at Inspiration Fitness!! Everyone encourages each other!! I've not only lost pounds, I've also lost inches and toned up in areas I didn't think were possible!! All you have to do is show up with a positive, can do attitude and Coach Angela will take it from there and run with it!!! I work at a steel mill and my job can sometimes be physically demanding, Inspiration Fitness made my job easier to do and I actually challenge myself to do harder things just because I believe I can!!

"I started training with IFC because I was looking for a way to lose some weight and to start getting some much needed exercise into my life. I've been with IFC since Sept. of 2009. This is by far the longest I've ever stuck with a program. I might not always want to come but I find that I feel guilty if I don't and I feel great when I'm finished.

The results that I've noticed are that I've lost many inches in addition to almost 30 lbs. Have gone from a size 14 (borderline 16) to a size 10!! I can see that I have a shape now that's not a barrel. I am stronger. I can do exercises that I couldn't possibly do in the beginning.

"My name is Liane and I've lived in Crown Point my whole adult life. I'm turning 41 in July. I've been married 12 years and we have 3 beautiful children, ages 11, 6, and 3.

I have struggled with my weight for the better part of 10 years now. I have tried many diets, such as Atkins and Alli. Both of which dropped weight quickly, but just as quickly came back on when I stopped using them.

I knew I had to make a change in my life. I knew that diet alone would not be the answer to losing weight and fat and gaining more energy. I also knew that trying to exercise at home, alone, would not work for me. There would always be laundry to fold, dishes to was, games to play with my kids...really, any excuse would be too strong.

I needed to get out of the house and find a place that had personal instruction in a small group setting. I saw Angela's ad in "The Family Flyer" and checked out her website. She seemed quite knowledgeable and very motivational. I really liked the fact that she is a busy mother herself, who found the inner strength to get in shape, receive her educational requirements, and become certified to help other people achieve their own fitness goals. She sincerely cares about each camper, making sure our form is correct and modifying exercises to accommodate special issues. She is so positive and challenges all of us to challenge ourselves.

I began Fitness Camp Lite in March 2010 and those first 2 weeks were brutal! Now, after losing about 12 lbs., gaining lots more energy, and learning to eat healthier, I feel better about myself.

"I decided to look into different exercise programs in the beginning of the year and after checking out a few facility's -IFC was my choice. I wanted to find a program to lose some weight and tone up and just feel healthy.

When I first started in February 2010, I was having serious foot problems due to a previous surgery. I was not sure how well I would be able to exercise. I was unable to be on my foot all day, wear shoes, without my foot hurting. Almost 3 months later, I see a tremondous difference in my foot. I no longer have the pain I did before and feel good exercising. I feel much better and have lost inches and see a difference in how my cloths fit.

"I started training at IFC because I was looking for a new place to start working out again. I know myself and unless I am in a classroom type environment I will not push myself. I had been contemplating joining a local gym when I saw an article in the newspaper about IFC. I looked up the web page and thought it fit my style perfectly. I sent an email to Angela and she responded so quickly I was in a class within a day. The class was challenging yet doable and I thought that it was a perfect fit for what I was looking for. It was exactly what I needed, someone to push me harder than I would ever push myself.

I have definitely noticed an increase in stamina, muscle tone and flexibility. Each class I attend I notice a difference in each exercise from the first time I did them. While they never get easy, I can do more and in proper form. The two most noticeable exercises are squats and push ups. These used to be so difficult for me that I used to dread them before, during and after. I am learning to love them. Instead of thinking how I wish I was done with them, I now think, wow, I just did full squats and actually did more than one full push up.

I have not only noticed changes in myself but I can also see a difference in the others that have been training with IFC. In class not only is everyone getting smaller but they are all solid. Many people can say they lost weight but they still look flabby but that is not the case at IFC. Fat is replaced with muscle so there are no jiggly parts here just long, lean muscle.

I would tell anyone that they will definitely get back what they put in, plus some. It is a tough workout but the payoff far exceeds the 45 minutes.

"I started training at IFC right before Thanksgiving last year. I have been a member of OMNI off and on for the last 15 years. Even paid for 2 years and never went once! Did not want to take my little guy to the daycare there. Tried a place like Curves with no results. I do not attend as regularly as I should, but have noticed I have gone down one notch in my belt! That is even not attending faithfully. Imagine if I could get myself there 3 times/wk!

"I started training with IFC because of Renee Harris, so there's the trust factor. She's been with IFC for 3 years, and I knew she wouldn't recommend something she didn't believe in.

I've been with IFC for 3 months and according to my measurements have lost 7.75 inches but not weight as of yet. As a matter of fact, I've gained weight but for the first time haven't been discouraged. I would much rather have looser clothes than a lower number on the scale. You can't walk around with poundage lost stamped on your forehead but people certainly see a shrinking figure.

I would highly recommend IFC because it has up-to-date facts about exercise and nutrition. It's hard to find a program that has both of these areas correct, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that IFC's nutrition was so in tune with my own knowledge of nutrition."

"I started training with IFC in the beginning of January 2010. I was just fed up with how I looked and felt, so I was determined to try something new. The thought of going to a gym intimidates me, and unless you can afford a personal trainer, you don't really know what to do or if you're even doing it correctly.

Since I've started with IFC I've learned so much about health and nutrition. Angela has empowered me with the knowledge I need to make the correct decisions regarding my nutrition and lifestyle. "I started at IFC because I felt I was at a cross roads. I am a little more than a year away from 50. I felt I could continue to live as I was and watch myself become more and more unhealthy and unfit, knees hurting, back hurting, start going to doctors, etc...or.....I could get off my butt and DO something about it. I had seen and read a few things about IFC. A friend had amazing results!

I have just been going one month and I have a long way before I am fit or where I would like to be. I let myself get way out of han...but....already after one month I am doing things I have not done in years or ever! I want to push myself now! I want to come to camp! No more excuses. "I wanted to share some good news with you in regards to all the hard work at fitness camp.

It paid off again the other day when I was shopping and spotted, once again, that cute little navy blue ruffled pullover clingy shirt I wanted. The first time I saw it I fell in love with it and even walked up to it and picked it up, not realizing that it became a goal for me that was tangible. It was sooo SOFT! I then pouted a bit, thinking to myself, awwww, I can't wear something like this, I would look AWFUL in it, but it was still soooo CUTE! It would have to wait until I firmed up a bit more. You know, like strengthening my core, losing fat, looking and feeling trimmer and stronger. Sort of like standing with confidence! Yeah, you go girl!

I guess I didn't realize the power of that little blue shirt. It kept coming back to my thoughts time and time again and everytime I walked past it in the store it called my name. So, while shopping the other day, I bought it, size large, one size down than I usually wear. My dream was becoming reality! I couldn't believe that I may actually be able to wear it and look good in it!

Well, I put it on this morning, pairing it with light tan pants, which by the way are really a bit too big, awwwww, and it looks really good! I am just so EXCITED to be able to wear that little top in a size large and not look like a stuffed animal in it! WOOHOOO!!!!!

I just had to share this bit of news with you and thank you for helping me understand that I can do whatever I make up my mind to do! I know that I will continue to achieve results as long as I believe in myself and SET SPECIFIC GOALS.

This in a journey and I realize I will learn a lot of things along the way. Sometimes I will suceed, sometimes there will be a sense of failure but in reality it is not failure at all. It is progress, accomplishment with a challenge, a learning curve.

So, with that end, I want to say to all my fellow campers and friends, YOU CAN DO THIS! THERE IS SUPPORT HERE FOR YOU WITH ANY CHALLENGE YOU MAY FACE! "Hi, my name is Cathy, I’m a nurse and a massage therapist , married, mother of 2 and grandma of one special little girl, Emily.

July 1st I joined Angela’s Inspiration fitness on line and got started. It was a slow start with vacation and returning home and trying to re-acclimate my life. I was interested in her Fitness camp, but the time did not fit into my schedule. Using the food guide and my custom exercise program, I got started. Something felt different
this time. I am going to do this. I read others struggles and victory’s and Angela’s encouragement and fitness tips on line and kept plugging along.

I still had no courage to step on the scales initially and 5 weeks in to the program I felt different, I feel better, I step on the scale and 6 lbs are gone!!!!

I have never had this much pleasure of stepping on a scale in my life.

Hi, my name is Tricia…………..and I am an inspiration fitness goo-roo…

I heard about Angela’s-Inspiration Fitness through my sister who was being trained by Angela.

I started off doing one-on-one with Angela and loved it. Her knowledge and focus is great. She is very educated in each and every muscle group, so that was a factor that I really liked and reassured me that I was training with someone that was right for me. After each session, I felt motivated to keep up with the workout and nutrition. Although it is an ongoing struggle with nutrition, Angela has so many recourses to use to help guide you in the correct eating habits and even healthy and not to mention tasty recipes.

After the one-on-one, I joined the Angela’s fitness camp with a few friends. Fitness camp is like going to a gym, but more enhanced for my wants on working out and it helps give me more direction when I am working out on my own for an “off” of camp.

Whether it is circuits, running, or playing fitness games, it is a great 45 minutes to set out of my day for me. I love what Angela has taught me (because I thought I knew it all), and the confidence she gives me. I look forward to keeping up with this working out and keep chuckin’ along with the nutrition because now I have a wedding to plan for and I of course want to fit in to my dress and have my backless dress look hot! "As I look back on the first day of camp, I can't believe I've made it this far.

I realize that I am not only feeling better, but I am looking better. I was unsure that I could actually do the camp. I didn't even want to go the first day. I thought my couple days a week walking on the treadmill were doing me just fine. I was completely wrong! I have had this extra weight following me around for years.

With the help of Inspiration Fitness Camp and Angela, I have realized that I can do something about it.

"Angela and her Inspiration Fitness Camps came into my life at just the right time. I, like most women, was guilty of not just putting myself last; I wasn't even on the list. Working at the family business and taking care of two kids under the age of two was leaving me worn out and my weight wasn't making things any easier. It had gotten to the point that I thought someone was following me, but it turned that it was just my rear end.

Going to Fitness Camp is my favorite way of doing something good for myself. It may sound crazy, but after working and chasing kids all day going to Fitness Camp is my way of unwinding. The on-line portion of Inspiration Fitness is great too. There is a lot of great information on the site. Hi, My name is Jessica, I am 33 years old. I have never liked exercising. To me exercising is the most boring thing to possibly do. The past 2 years or so I have been very dissatisfied with my figure and appearance. I LOVE to eat and HATE to exercise. I would just always wish and hope that one day when I woke up I would be 30 lbs lighter and be fit and tone. Well, that wasn't happening. I was never motivated to work out and I really did not like or want to go to gyms. I tried a gym before I got married and that lasted about 2 weeks.

In mid July I discovered an add for Inspiration Fitness Camp in the Family Flyer. I read the add, went to the website, emailed Angela and the rest is history. I went to bring a friend day. I knew I would be exercising outdoors and that I had to bring water. So the journey begins....Angela starts the workout session with a warm-up, then stretching, then the actual work-out session for the day and then cool-down. What I am about to say is the honest to god truth! By the third WARM-UP exercise I was completely out of breath and my legs were ready to collapse from underneath me. At which point I said to myself "I can't do this, I am NOT coming back and I guess I am going to be fat for the rest of my life." Then after the warm-up exercises we had to run four laps around the basketball court. I was able to run one full lap and had to walk the rest. I pushed and made it through warm-up, barely! Angela instructed us on what the work-out for the day was going to be and explained we had to do 20 reps of each exercise. I was able to do 5 to 7 reps. By the end of my day of visiting camp I knew that I had just completed the hardest activities I had ever done in my life and that I ABSOLUTELY had to join and be a member of her camp family!

Four weeks later of three days a week with Angela and some exercising on my own I have lost 5 1/2 inches throughout my body and I lost 2% body fat. I am able to run 3 full laps and I am able to do 15 to 20 reps of each exercise.

I look forward to going to camp. I wish we could go four or five times a week. Angela is AWESOME! She is YOUR personal trainer. I have learned so very much from her about nutrition, exercise, foods, food groups, what to eat, what not to eat, when to eat, what kinds of foods to eat when. It is amazing to me how much I have learned in these short 4 weeks.

If you are serious about getting healthy then this camp is for you! This is old fashioned eat right, work out the right way and get healthy! No diet pills, no cutting out an entire food group, just hard work and a healthy life style!

Angela's camps are hard, very intense and challenging but when you get done at the end of the work-out you feel so much healthier and you will have energy that you never knew existed.

I ENCOURAGE EVERY WOMAN OUT THERE THAT READS ABOUT INSPIRATION FITNESS CAMP TO COME TO BRING A FRIEND DAY AND TRY IT OUT. IT WILL BE THE HEALTHIEST CHOICE YOU HAVE EVER MADE IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!

Hi, my name is Jessica.

I have been with Angela now for 2 camps. It's not getting easier...that is for sure! I can make it around the basketball court 4 times now (refer to my 1st testimonial).

Each day I go to camp and while at camp I think to myself "why is this not getting easier?" I am still out of breath after our warm-up, my legs still feel like jello while exercising.
